1. Only way to place order is to call our customer care number , confirm the product you want to order , confirm the cake / theme / decoration etc . There is a chance that based on the customer choice , the cake displayed on the website might be different than what customer receives.
2. Once a payment is made and customer asks for a different cake flavor/ theme / decoration than the one shown /ordered on website then the adjustments can only be made for the cost equal to what has been paid already.
3. The pictures of the cakes shown on the website are indicative and there is chance that customer might not receive the exact same decoration due to any reason beyond our control. No refund / return will be entertained for any minor difference in the look / decoration of the cake that customer sees on the website and receives at his/her premises.
4. We need at least 6 hrs of lead time to process an order . If any cake is not available with in this time for any unforeseen reasons then we will provide any available best quality and equal value cake.
5. If cake is not delivered due to the receiver not available, door locked, security not allowed delivery person to enter premises, incorrect address, phone not answered, phone switched off, phone out of service /network at the time of delivery, we will consider the order as delivered. No refund can be claimed for such cancelled orders.
6. Orders received for same day after office hours i.e. after 7:30 pm IST will be delivered next day.
7. The owners of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
8. Please read our return /refund / cancellation policy on the website before placing any order.
9. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction in Bhopal (MP) Court in India only.
